Regarding violations of rules for jp:level-1

I translated Level 1 into Japanese and tried to post it, but the URL was already used. I checked that page and has non line breaks, the syntax is not working correctly, the license of the image is not indicated, and no link has been created in the translation hub.

Could you please remove the page as it appears to violate rule 2/3/4 of the translation rules?
